McT Hoops opens season with 51-44 overtime win over Saraland

Starting the season with 10 varsity players still on the football field the young but scrappy group of Yellow Jackets found a way to pull out a win despite a very ugly game.  McGill dressed three seniors, twoJuniors, six Sophomores and five Freshman. 

 

Rene Scott led all scorers with 16 points followed by TJ Howard with 13, sophomore Eric Toth pulled down 12 rebounds in his varsity debut.
