Levi Atkins threw four innings, allowing six hits and five earned runs while striking out two. Brent Myklebust and Joendry Gomez each threw an inning for MM.

“We’re going to find out what kind of team we are to bounce back after a game like this,” MM coach Jason Mackey said.

Aberdeen is up next for the Monarchs Friday before they start GSHL 2A play Monday against Ridgefield.
