Pirates open season in Swift Current with a win and a tie

The Pirates opened their season in Swift Current on Sunday with a double header against the Tribe.  In the first game Wyatt Mohr led the way with 4 strong innings on the mound, allowing just 1 hit and striking out 9.  He also chipped in at the plate with a couple of home runs as the Pirates trounced the home team 12-0.  In game 2 it was a different story.  Swift Current jumped out to a 7-1 lead before the Pirates came back with 4 runs in the 4th and another 6 in the 5th ro take a lead of 11-8 into the bottom of the 6th.  The Tribe came back with three of their own to tie the game 11-11.  Joe Stawarz, Davis Fry and Wyatt Mohr were all 3/4 at the plate.
