The Schu Fits!

The first game of the season for the Angels resulted in a 5-2 win! Coming into the game there were a lot of uncertainties... 

How many players do we have?

Jerseys? 

Balls? Luckily Tully brought wiffles. 

All the Angels questions were answered by Kurtis Schumacher who provided 2 jerseys and a beer run. Oh and he gave the Angels a quality start on the bump throwing 3 innings and leaving with the lead. 

Notables for the Angels:

Luke Manuel picked uip the win with 3IP and 4K

Brandon Kaye notched a save while striking out the side in the 7th

Kyle Iwata provided the game winning hit in the top of the 7th and Scott Tulloch added some insurance (sponsorship opportunity here) with a 2 run bank shot over the drawn in infield!

Next game is Mundy Park Mayhem.  Angels vs Reds. Saturday 11am.
