Free Baseball.

Today would see the DBacks and Gunz square off for 20 innings of baseball. Gooooooooooooooooooood. 

Game 1:

With starter Tom Gayef freshly placed on the DL with vaginaitis, management called up Tyler Vavera for his first big league appearance. Tyler posted an impressive beer-chugg-shotgun-time and has been on managements radar for a while, he did not disappoint posting 5 k's over 3 innigns of work. Hoss did his best Jose Reyes impression, committing a few errors and injuring himself.

Clauson joined the HR leader board with a 2 run 9 hole no-doubter to left center prompting his Pit Viper Sponsorship to renew another year. There was a few innings in the middle where Trask and the "Neon Guy" from the gunz played "who wore it better" by zooing a few fly balls in left field (Neon Guy with the clear victory). Uncharacteristically, Wong and Coop both got the sombrero bringing Wong's average down to a reasonable .567 (CASE-O-BEERS).

In the 6th the game took a turn for the unexpected as James Trask "Blacked Out" and mashed a MONSTER Solo Shot of his own, unfortunately he was still blacked out rounding the bases and forgot to touch a few of them and to his dismay was called out on appeal.

FMBA president James Trask announced shortly after the game that all bases will be replaced with safety bases next season to avoid confusion of the touching of bases. DBacks management also issued a statement towards @FMBAUmpires for making that call. 

Eventually Trask would totally redeem himself in extras with a walk off base knock after Brad took the bump and Vultured another W. Final was 8 - 7 for the DBacks.

MVP: Clauson / Trask for some dingers and walk off base-knocks.
VAG: Gayef for being a band-aid and Trask and for claiming the DBacks most memorable fuck-up from Pat Shippit. 

Game 2:

The second game was a lot like a bad first date - cold, disappointing and drawn out. Everyone was disgruntled by the umpires from the game prior and this game would add to the frustration. Sawchuck/Trask/Brad split the mound work like one big happy family even giving Brad the opportunity to snag another W. Down 4 - 2 top of 7 Dbacks rally to pull in front 5  - 4 only to have the Gunz respond with a run of their own to send it to extras - yet again.

This exchange went on for many innings until the 11th where gunz 8-hole squared to bunt but at the last minute decided to wear it off his chest pushing the winning run into to scoring position who would later score to end the game. Final 7 - 6 Gunz. 

MVP: Clauson for a clutch 2-RBI triple to tie the game in the 7th and a heads up 1st to 3rd passed ball maneuver.
VAG: Wong for striking out 6 times today and getting the double-sombrero (Yiiiikkessssss).
