Royals defeat Outlaws
Posted June 8, 2016
The Royals continued their winning ways last night in Saskatoon as they downed the Outlaws by a score of 6-4. Colin Bauml threw three strong innings. Dean Jaeb also thrw three strong innings and Brett Doepker finished it off in the seventh. The defense was good until the seventh when the Royals made two errors which lead to two unearned runs. However, Brett hung on and got out of the jam. The bats were big again as the Royals had eleven hits. Coach Timmer managed to get every single player in the game which was not easy to do considering we had seventeen guys last night! It truly was a total team effort. Next action for the Royals is this weekend as they head to Holdfast for their annual Sportsday!
