Royals and Stallions split

The rains came but stayed away long enough on Sunday as the Royals and Stallions split their doubleheader. The first game saw Colin Bauml throw a one hitter as the Royals won 12-0. No errors were made by the defence and Braden Bauml and Brent Puetz went deep in the win. The next game was completely different as the Stallions won 9-2. Eric Bollefer, Nick Anderson, and Brent Puetz did the pitching for the Royals. The defence made a couple errors and despite many hard hit balls the Royals only had six hits. Next action for the Royals is this Thursday at 6:30 against the Stallions as the game on Monday the 11th against the Outlaws was rained out.
