1. Changes to the Official Schedule: Coaches report changes to the schedule to the Commissioner, both teams must agree to the change and the team who initiates the change, if the game is not played, responsible team will receive a forfeit. 2. Lodging - If your team is going to stay in lodging--get your lodging requests into the host POC in a timely manner (NLT the Monday before your scheduled game. 3. Uniforms - The teams should decide what color uniform they are going to wear (with their only being one game the visiting team should only have to bring one uniform) 4. For all SEMAC games there must be a dedicated Timer and a dedicated Scorer (ie: one person cannot do both) 5. TEAM ROSTER: Team rosters are due now. Rosters received as of 13 October: men: Keesler, NS Mayport, Robins women: Keesler, Maxwell 6. ENTRY FEES: Reminder - team league entry fees are due. Entry fees are $200.00 per team, (men / women)
