How much is to much?

Free rent is to much, when there is no traffic!

Its very rare that a city will give a minor league baseball team completely free rent and even more unheard of that its for two years, the trick in committing to such an agreement is built into the illusion that the team is a success.

But without thinking through the process a problem with this will catch up to the city and the team quickly especially if there is no customer traffic, to sell the product.
