New WR Coach and Player Personnel Recruiter!
Posted June 10, 2017
The East Lake War Eagles front office is very pleased to announce two new additions to the team for the 2018 season!
Nangwaya Kimbrough will be taking over as our WR Coach for the 2018 season. Coach Kimbrough has played WR and DB his entire life and has coached at both the High School and Semi-Pro level. He hasn't coached in a couple years and is extremely eager to get back on the field. We are lucky to have him going forward and can't wait to see what he can do with our young and very talented WR corps.
Kevin Custodio, who played Guard for us last season will also be stepping into a front office role. While he plans to stay playing in the trenches, he has also decided to take on the responsibility of being the team's main player personal recruiter. He has shown a penchant for it already this offseason and is always on the prowl for big fellas to ensure we conduct trench warfare the way it's meant to be done.
More to come, stay tuned. The coaching staff is now 9 members strong and we're still looking to fill the Special Teams Coordinator and the RB coach positions. Contact this page or our Head Coach, Jason Nielsen, if you or someone you know may be interested so we can set up an interview.
