Player Question

Posted July 13, 2017

Players interested in obtaining access into the AI1 academy Texas Indoor Football League, interested prospects have asked how to enter, that is the first question the concept addressed because its the first question asked in developing a different type of indoor football play, while addressing a true way to develop prospect level talent capable of playing professional football.

We as an academy league had to establish a standard of which talent could be suggested to have professional prospect talent, when you place such a standard in place you will limit the amount of players who might really have such talent and skill set, their are many players who participate in semi pro outdoor football texas as a state has just slightly over 107 such teams, now imagine if it were really that much professional talent wasting away playing sandlot ball, we are not suggesting those teams don't serve a purpose they do from a social standpoint, but not as a development program for first off finding talent secondly developing it.

The way this question is answered without any bases for offering a legitimate argument, is simply the standard of the talent, there are no real tryout's based upon a standard for top level prospect talent while a diamond in the rough can be found on a team from time to time, it doesn't mean that the player is next level talent, the way to get to that conclusion is does that talent dominate mostly average talent he may be on the field with? as a team sure they may have a group of former all conference this or that players, but those guys aren't playing professional so did they match up when facing equal or better talent, that question is answered by where they now play.

The old saying man among boys comes to mind, that's how much better that term suggest the talent is

the AI1 academy is a concept based upon finding class A level rookie prospect talent, that means we have a certain time the talent must obtain in long speed the 40 yard dash and what is more specific to the real game of football but even more important to the indoor game is short speed the 20 and 10 yard dash time,

our overall goal is to develop that talent through intensive academy conditioning and training before receiving the opportunity to showcase those results in league season play, this is why the Combine 21u is free and open to any one its our challenge to those who would claim to truly be professional prospect talent, those testing number's on combine day will answer all involved questions.

Another question was do I go through the entire testing program should I not obtain prospect grade in early test? Answer is no. Professional talent will rise above average talent, now their are those testing athlete's who are on another level when testing, but placed in the setting of that tranfering to onfield play fail, which is why we send players through the academy six week training cycle that will expose players before reaching training camp for season play.

In entering into a concept field not developed, we will be setting the standard so those chosen will have to perform at a high level in order to start the journey into the opportunity to play professionally.

The on field product of talent within the Texas Indoor Football League will be expected to standout when matched up verses talent of which is supposed to be ahead of them exhibition's against indoor league veteran career minor league players, and to certainly dominate lessor talent when placed in that situation through exhibition play against weekend warrior type indoor league players.

In closing if you are a prospect level talent test, you can't talk your way into the Texas Indoor Football League real talent stands alone, our goal is simple develop true prospect level talent for professional arena/indoor football, check out information in Combine 21u and come on down when we announce testing dates.
