KERNEL

 is a social innovation initiative designed

by United Way of Tarrant County to fund new and

innovative programs that can make a lasting

impact in the community. KERNEL is designed as

a cross-sector platform that brings nonprofits,

entrepreneurs, startups, private, for profit

companies and civic organizations together

to create a unique solution to today’s most

challenging social issues.

It is to late to participate in the 2017 event, but add it to your organization's calendar for 2018, there are section's for mentorship and volunteer opportunities within the event, and those may still be open.
