Home Run Rule- Granton & Ilderton

There will be a "Plus 2" home run rule enforced for home runs when playing in Granton and Ilderton. Meaning no team can be up by more than two home runs. Any home runs hit outside of +2 will result in an out and basrunners can't advance.
