Diamondbacks win 1 game, lose 2 in Lethbridge

The Saskatoon Diamondbacks started the season in Lethbridge with one win and two losses. This was an opportunity for the coaches to see all of the players early in the year to determine positions for the rest of the season. New players Jonah Thome, Caleb Cherry and Rhett Krysak proved they can play at the AAA level with strong performances on the mound and on the field. Bats warmed up after the first game and a full team effort led to the D-Backs first win over the Saskatoon Giants. The Diamondbacks are warmed up and ready for the 2018 season!
