Saint Joseph's University freshman Kirstin Cox Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team

Making an immediate impact as a newcomer, Cox ranked second on the team in batting average (.330) and stolen bases (nine) this season. Appearing in 39 games with 36 starts, the Westbury, New York native capped her first season on Hawk Hill leading all freshmen in hits (37) and runs (19). With the A-10 honor, Cox becomes the 15th Hawk to be selected to the A-10 All-Rookie Team and the fourth outfielder joining Jancarla Herrera, Amanda Kulp, Dana Parks and Deanna Stinner.
