The 2018 SCBL Final

The 2018 SCBL Final

Here we go again. For the 6th time since Portage joined the league in 2011 the Padres and Royals will face off in a playoff series. This however will be the first time it is in the Championship Round. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top to claim the title. Portage is 1-4 in playoff series against the Royals. Losing in the 1st round in 2011 and 2012. Also in the 2nd round in 2014 and 2017. Their lone series win came in the 2016 1st round as they went on to win the title that postseason. Carberry on the other hand is no stranger to being in the final. They have reached the final many times in the past decade and have had great series' but always seem to come up on the other end. It will be a compelling 5 game series with the top 2 teams all season.

You can find the Schedule for this series in the tab. Note game times will be 6:30pm. See you at the ballpark!
