Taking away the positives

Thunder drop both games in their DH Vs Cloverdale Nationals 5:2 and 8:7.. taking away the positives from both games the Thunder continue to close the gap on the top College Prep teams in the league. The bats are finally starting to fire with the Thunder managing to score 9 runs over 2 games vs 0 runs on their previous DH encounter Vs the Nationals.. in the absense of some untimely errors this could have easily been a split weekend.
Shout out to Max Mitzel for a monster 3 run homer top of the 3rd inning in the 2nd game to propel the Thunder to a 6:2 lead.
Next up is the Ridge Meadows Spring Showdown tournament May 16-20.. still lots of great baseball to come.
