Bats quiet as Hutch shuts down Angels

The Blue Angels mustered only 5 hits in a shutout loss to Hutchinson Friday night. Eli Walton led the Angels with two hits in the 3-0 loss. Avery Herdina pitched well enough to win, going 5 strong allowing only 2 hits and striking out 6. The Angels host New Ulm on Monday at 5 pm and then finish the week with a double header at Spicer before heading into the 4th of July break.
