Stallions win league championship

Congratulations Stallions on your 7th league championship in 9 years. They defeated Marysburg 10-4 in game 1 with Kyle Sonntag throwing a 91 pitch complete games with Brody  Frerichs suffering the loss.

Game 2 had young brother Brett Sonntag  throwing a 90 pitch 5 + innings earning the pitching victory with Mike Rotchell entering the 6th inning bases loaded and allowing only 1 run earning the save. Score in the second game was the same as the first 10-4. Thomas Lessmiester suffered the Marysburg loss in game 2   

Team windup/awards night  is scheduled for Saturday September 28.
