Tri-Town edges Angels

Bold carried an early lead into the middle innings, but fell victim to the big inning once again and ACGC Tri-Town beat Bold 9-5 on Tuesday in Bird Island. Connoc McColley paced the offense going 2-5 with an RBI double and a run scored. Rylan Gass threw well for the Angels, going 4 innings allowing 1 unearned run. The Angels take the rest of the week off to enjoy the 4th of July and will return to action next Tuesday the 7th with a junior/senior doubleheader at Granite Falls. First pitch 6 pm.
