Everybody loves a reversal

Finally back in the win column last night on a great night for ball.  It started off hot and muggy, but with the breeze, it became a pretty comfortable night all things considered.  Jake got the ball and took to the hill against the Twins going head-to-head with Geoff Freeborn.  Jakey was solid for the most part, hitting patches of great control and others where things got away from him a little bit...to be expected with zero pre-season bullpens.  Aside from the one tough inning he encountered, Jake was great and after 3.2 IP gave way to Campo who made his debut on the bump and went the rest of the way notching 5 K's, seeing us through the 8-6 win. Kale Seitz made his triumphant return to FMBA baseball smacking a 3-run job to deep right. Here's the highlights:

-Kale: Yahtz

-Jared with a couple great AB's

-Cullum logging his first knock of the season and a couple clutch RBI's

-Dobber playing some steady OF and hitting a couple rockets at the dish

-Coop, steady as always and a huge hit

-Another game of very steady Defence all around, highlighted by CD's very necessary basket catch

-Riki giving the signs from the 3B coaches box, always keyed in to the situation

-Dayton RAGING upon learning he was out of the lineup due to his torn groin.

-Other things.

Next up we see the Twins Saturday.
