COACHING CHANGES

Justin Hoffman has resigned from the School District to work fulltime at Southtown Glass. I and the team will miss Justin. Hopefully he can find some time to assist the staff in the coming season.
Consequently, the Dodgers have promoted Brian Stinnett to Head Coach.I expect he will be assisted by Mike Doran and Brad Brenneman. Returning to the Dodgers will be Aaron Cummins, who recently was hired by South. Yes, Aaron is my son. Awhile back he and Justin Hoffman coached Legion ball at the A level and were runner-up to State Champion LaGrande. Aaron played college ball (pitcher/catcher) at George Fox, Chemeketa, Corban and Concordia He and Justin were members of the Dodgers back-to-back State Championship teams.
Hopefully, COVID will not interfere with Season 2022. However, to protect our players and staff as much as possible, I hope that all are vaccinated and boosted.
Brian has posted our schedule. It definitely will be a challange.
Willamette University will not be our home field this summer because a turf field is being installed. Consequently, I have contracted with Scio High School to use its facilities for practiuces and home games.
