2023 Season Set

The 2023 SWBL season will see the league grow from 8 teams to 9, as the Elkhorn Expos make their return to the league after a two year hiatus. The SWBL will continue to be structured as one division, with all teams having a 16-game schedule, playing a home-and-home series against every other squad. The top 8 teams will make the playoffs.
The Rivers Comets and Deloraine Royals will kick off the season on Tuesday, May 23rd in Rivers, while 6 of the remaining 7 teams will begin their season the following night: Wawanesa Brewers @ Boissevain Centennials, Oak River Dodgers @ Reston Rockets, and Hamiota Red Sox @ Elkhorn Expos.
The Virden Oilers will be the final team to debut, as they will travel to Elkhorn on Friday, May 26th to get their season underway.
