July is full of League games as the Area teams attempt to make the Best Eight In THE STATE. The Dodgers will not be there this year breaking a stretch of 10 straight. THE GOOD NEWS? The furure looks bright with our current roster of Dodgers.
Monday July 8 will be batting practice at Willamette in the cages.
Tuesday, July 9 we host the Post 20 Dirt Bags for a double header beginning at 2 pm. Second game will start around 4:30 pm.
Monday we will welcome Andrew Zeller, a catcher, to our roster. Also, former Dodger Rylan Webster will join us as Asst Coach and will catch for Kayden Wagner as Kayden prepares for Chemeketa CC this fall. Some of you may recall Rylan caught the perfect game pitched by Brody McMullen last year against Fairfield (CA). Zeller attends McNary.
Austin is dealing with a torn miniscus and has been placed on the IL and is out for the rest of the summer. Liam will not be with us most of this week. Among other things Liam is having his wisdom teeth removed in this heat!!
