They needed extra innings, but the Portage Padres pulled off a 9-8 win in game 2 to even the series at one game each. In Plumas, the hometown faithful at the cove were let down in extras as they watched the Padres steal one from their hometown Pirates
Padres shortstop tanner Jago led the way going 3-4 with 3RBI a 2 run HR, one walk and 3 runs scored.
Kade maryniuk pitched 5IP and Riley borody closed it out with 3IP for the win
