Umpires Needed!!

Baseball fans:

 

We are going to be short for umpires this year.  Especially adults.  We need your help.  If you or someone you know is interested in umpiring a few games (base umpiring, or behind the plate), or just interested in learning more about umpiring, please attend the annual umpire clinic.  There are three parts to the process:  

- BCBUA membership (for new members), 

- an online clinic, 

- a one day in-person clinic.

 

The online and in-person clinics are both required, even if you umpired last year.

 

This is what you'll need to do:

The BC Umpire Association member registration fee will be reimbursed by Trail Youth Baseball once you umpire at least 2 games.

 

This year, Trail Youth Baseball umpires will be paid:

- $40 per game for Junior Division games.

- $50 per game for Senior Division games.

- $60 per game for College Prep (16-18 year old allstar) games.

Pay is the same for base umpires and home plate umpires.
