The Royals defeated the Saskatoon Blue Jays today in both ends of a doubleheader by scores of 8-2 and 7-1.  Colin Bauml and Ryan Keehn threw complete games for the Royals and the defense and offense were both strong as the Royals only committed one error and had 23 hits on the day.  The Royals now hold onto first place in the league by a very narrow margin.  Next action for the Royals is Saturday at 1:00pm in Marysburg in a first place showdown against the Saskatoon Outlaws.
