Mathew Strueby pitched a complete game for the victory as the Royals defeated the Saskatoon Smoking Guns in the third and deciding game of the best of three semi final series by a score of 3-2.  The Royals were down by a score of 2-0 heading into the bottom of the sixth inning when Colin Bauml drove in a pair and Marty Yeager singled Colin home - both with two out.  The Royals only had 7 hits, but they were timely ones.  Mathew pitched great and the defence only made one error behind him.  It was a well played series by both teams.  League final begins Sunday night as the Royals and Stallions square off to see who will bring home the 2010 SSBL Championship!
