Meeting will be held Saturday, Nov. 16 starting at 10am. 1st installment will be due along with Medical Release Form. 
Meeting will take place at Waverly Elementary School gym (which is in back of building; please park behind school to enter gym). Players will need to attend in order to try on uniforms. Also, player membership should be upgraded to full (this will incur a $55 charge on SRVA). Bring memberrship card to meeting (unless this was left with coaches at tryouts). Time slots for each team are as follows: Coach Blue 10-10:40, Coach Gary 10:40-11:20, Coach Jill 11:20-12:00pm. Contact Coach Blue or Coach Jill with any problems attending the meeting.

Fees for 2019-2020 season will be $585 ($60 SRVA membership fee paid through region website; $525 will be paid to Tennessee River Pearls) Fees to TRP covers 2 jerseys, 2 shorts, 2 socks, t-shirt, equipment expenses, tournament entry fees, facilities cost (if needed), coaches compensation.

Fees installments are as follows:
1st installment-$275 due at early November meeting Saturday, Nov. 16 10am at Waverly Elementary 
2nd installment-$125 due by Dec. 30
3rd installment-$125 due by Jan. 31, 2020
