Team Long Island / BPA Fastpitch was founded in 1999, the TLI Organization has a rich history of producing highly skilled, fundamentally sound student-athletes, which is widely considered by collegiate evaluators among the most respected travel organizations in the east coast. A proven track record, young players will have the chance to grow in an organization focusing on sportsmanship, fundamentals, skill work, and mental preparation. The TLI College Recruiting Program will provide numerous opportunities to compete in various exposure events, collegiate orientation opportunities, and featured enrollment into many of the "invitation only" showcases and tournaments in the country.

We train and prepare our players to compete at the highest level.

Team Long Island is a highly competitive organization comprised of young ladies whose main goal for is to compete in ASA, PGF, Triple Crown and USSSA. Our coaches, players, and most importantly our parents share a commitment to excellence. We couldn't accomplish all that we have in the past years without the hard work of all our players and the exceptional support from our parents. Our system teaches success and failure, and how to reach both long and short term goals. We believe and teach the girls that hard work, sportsmanship, and team play are the keys to being successful both on the field and in life. Our program was designed to build elite players who are motivated to taking their game to a higher level.
