RESERVED PARKING AND SEATING RENEWALS AND NEW ORDERS

It's that time of the year again to talk about Reserved Seating and Parking, for home varsity games, for the 2024 season.

Current seat and parking pass holders are being contacted at this time for renewals.  Deborah Shepherd is coordinating again this year for us, so she is the person who will be calling for renewals.  This process will take place until August 4th.  On August 5th we will open up and remaining seats and parking passes for new orders and for any current customers to add seats or parking passes.  If you are NOT currently a seat or pass holder OR if you want to request additional seats or parking passes, please click the "RSRVD PRKSEAT" Tab on the left side of this page and fill out the request form.  THIS FORM IS NOT FOR CURRENT CUSTOMERS' RENEWALS AND WILL NOT GET YOUR RENEWAL LOCKED IN OR GUARANTEED.  By filling out the request form, it DOES NOT guarantee that you will get seats or parking.  On August 5th, we will start going down the list of requests, IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE RECEIVED, until seats and parking is sold out.  All requests from the form are date and time stamped, so the order of requests received will be known.  At this time we do not know what seats or how many parking passes will be available, so please do not call or email us asking whats available.  This will not be known until after August 4th.  Even then, please be patient for your turn.  Make every effort to either answer the phone when you are called, or to please call back ASAP.  If you wait to long to get back in touch with Deborah, we will have to move to the next person and you will be offered what is available when we connect with you.
