MISSION STATEMENT
The Virginia Lady Vikings is a Semi- Pro Women’s Basketball team that is a part of the Women’s Blue Chip Basketball League. The VA Lady Vikings is an organization that is dedicated to women athletes to help them reach their goals by providing the foundation that is needed to be a pro athlete. We strive for excellence in teaching fundamentals, displaying good sportsmanship at all times, teamwork, and a competitive spirit of competition. The competition level ranges from former college players to former and current International players. Our goal is teach and educate youth through basketball, how to have respect for themselves, their peers, and community by instilling a code of ethics built on honesty, integrity, respect, responsibility, and team work. VA Lady Vikings continues to work with the community to build relationships that will help develop the youth as an individual as well as an athlete. While working with the community we provide a positive, supportive, and productive environment that is built on trust and respect for all parties.
