Girls win Bluebell Open at Brenham CC by 23 strokes!

Way to go Cougar Golfers!  They won their first tournament of the year yesterday at the Bluebell Open at Brenham CC in very windy conditions.  Every one of our girls broke their personal best score. Scores were as follows:  Karen Alvarez   72 (even par) - 1st place medalist, Katie Shepherd 75 (3 over par) - Tied 2nd place medalist, Maggie Weeks  84, Erika Alvarez  84, Olivia Predmre  97

Team score - 315!!!  Last year's team score at the same tournament was a 330.  We are very proud of this hard working group!!!
