Docs Sweep League Doubleheader

The Docs held serve on Wednesday night when they hosted the hapless Klamath Falls Falcons for a league doubleheader.  Our Boys won the first game 6-3 and the second, a complete gave pitching effort by Zack Mandera, 3-1.

The Docs need to finish at least 4th in the league standings to play in the postseason and they are currently in 5th behind the 4th place Willamette Valley Titans and the 3rd place Eugene Challengers.  The Docs have 4 league games left, 2 against Willamette Valley, so they have their fate in their own hands.  If they were to finish tied with the Challengers, the Docs hold the tie breaker.
