Spring break practice

I'll be back for 10am practice WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY . However, our distance crew needs to do their workout Tuesday. Runners need to do the paired 200's and 300's at 800m race pace. Establish your pace with the 200 and then try to maintain it with the 300 rep. You should do 4 pairs, 1 min between reps and 3 min between pairs. Also, lets get our long run in Sunday if possible. 45 minutes only. If you can't get to a track , just be sure you are running everyday.
