Mounties dodge Dodgers!

The
Vancouver Mounties clipped the L.A. Dodgers 3 - 2 in a great defensive
display by both teams. The Mounties scored 2 in the first and then
added an insurance run in the 5th to take a 3 to 0 lead. The Dodgers
threatened in the bottom of the inning when they loaded the bases and
then won two battles over the Mountie pitchers drawing 2 full count
walks to score their 2 runs. The Mounties closed the door the rest of
the way and earned a hard fought 3 - 2 victory.
