Refund Policy: Any request for a refund must be made in writing to the Registrar. Refunds shall be considered on a case by case basis and be at the discretion of Winkler Minor Hockey.  There is a $50.00 non-refundable administration fee.   Any refund shall be calculated on a pro-rated basis based on the length of the hockey season.  The Registrar and Treasurer may consider a partial refund to a player who cannot participate for the remainder of the season due to injury/medical condition (a medical physician’s note is required) or a change of address. Proper documentation would be required for either situation.
