Pro Camps and Training Clinics

Are you looking for team or individual intense basketball training?

GDSBL Pro Camps and Training Clinics is designed to condition and develop or enhance athletes skills no matter what level.  Our group session is designed to give every participating athlete individual conditioning in a group setting. Our team session is designed to improve each player as a team to elevate their skills and assist them to moving to the next level. 

Whether participating in our group/individual session or team session, our Pro Camps and Training Clinic help or athletes improve their confidence, self esteem and condition. 

Each session will be three (3) hours in length, which will include:
• Conditioning
• Strength
• Shooting Drills
• Ball Handling
• Offense/Defense Drills

Cost: $25 per athlete or $175 per team per session
