NEXT BOOSTER CLUB MEETING: Tues, July 17th @ 6:30pm in the softball portable

SUMMER BALL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:  concession stand workers           July 5th @ 4:30 and 6:30 and July 10th @ 4:00 and 7:00

Four volunteers needed per shift. Two of these may be older teens looking to clock some community service hours.

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES: The following events help your softball player raise the funds needed to participate in the program. These funds are absolutely necessary to run our program, as the district funding does not even come close to covering our costs. 

Winn Dixie Grocery Bagging - June 30th 11 to 7

BAGGING RULES: Wear your Pine Forest t-shirt, blue jeans with no holes, tennis shoes, and be well groomed. This dress code also applies to any parents working shifts. Please be aware that it is important to make a good impression on the store director and managers so we are asked to return. If you are not properly dressed, you will be sent home or you will need someone to bring you proper clothing. In addition, we need to take the time to give the customers a warm and friendly greeting to make them feel secure with how we handle their groceries. (This could mean bigger tips!!)

Yard Sale - August (date to be announced)

Start collecting those new and gently used items you no longer need and ask you family, friends and neighbors to donate for the annual yard sale. You may bring your items to the softball portable as soon as summer ball is over. When the portable is full we will get a storage unit. If anyone has a connection with with one of the storage companies that would be willing to donate a unit or cut us a deal that would be a big help. Otherwise, keep a watch out for specials on the rental of a storage unit and let us know. 

Golf Tournament - October 7th  1pm

We are in need of parents to volunteer to participate in the following committees: Vender, Advertising/Marketing, and Sponsorship Committees. In order to make this event even more successful that last year, we need more parent and player participation. Keep in mind we will be needing donations for this event. We will fill you in at our future booster meetings.

Bingo - Every Wednesday     

Start collecting those new and gently used items you no longer need and ask you family, friends and Don't have a lot of time to volunteer. Then this is the fundraising opportunity for you! Sign up at a booster club meeting, stop by Paradise Bingo on your day, sign the sheet at the back of the bingo hall, and call or text Stephanie at 607-4379 and leave a message to let her know you showed up. Your player will receive $12.50 in her account and the booster club receives $12.50. Just that simple!
