The Braves lost their final game 7 to 5 in extra innings as they gave up 4 runs in the 8th inning and their last at bat rally fell short.  Chris Drake was the starting pitcher and did an excellent job giving up only two earned runs in 7 complete innings.  Pitching in relief for the Braves were Doug English and Matt McKinney.  Offensively, Chris Drake (3-4, 2r, 2b, rbi); Manny Berdayes (2-3, w, 2r, 2b, rbi); Matt McKinney (2-3, w, r, sb); Cobi Guilbeau (2-5, rbi); Kenny Taylor (1-3, Sac, rbi); Walker Darnell and Kyle Shoe had hits.

Congratulations to all the players on a successful season.  It started by going 4 and 1 and winning the Georgetown JV tournament, and was followed up with another 10 wins against only 4 losses.   Continue to work hard during the off season.
