The team is adjusting superbly to the offensive skeme. There is one small dent in the armour that needs to be repaired which should be done on Tuesday. I am very impressed with the way Alex Ethridge has been playing. It is obvious that the experience he's gained from playing on the varsity squad for two years will help the team tremendously. Timothy Pullum, AKA "Laiser" has been unselfishly distribuiting the ball around to his teammates with such unbelievable poss and precision. His vision on the court is incredible! However, there is a pass that I would like for him to attempt more often than the others (he knows what it is...."hint" inside the paint). Shannon Hazel's game has improved substantially over the summer. He has become an explosive player in the paint. Also, his weight training has help him elevate his game. He is dunking the ball with such power and ease. I was relieve to discover that he needs glasses which helps me understand why at times he was having difficuty catching some of "Laser's passes.

There is one player with whom I prefer to keep his name unknown until the season starts (secret weapon). He has been creating highlight reals on a daily basis. I even advised him to tone it down and save the highlights for when the season starts.
