The RDFL will use regional scout's to look for talented players who have the potential to possibly enter the tier 1 level league, players must complete the requirement of combine 21 to be considered for a roster position.

Scout's from across regional states are being recruited and put into a unit that will follow players and suggest recruitment, of that player who can fit the profile of the RDFL .
