Could I play D-1 Football?

I play at a junior college, i didnt come from a great highschool but ive heard repeatedly that i could play D1 football. In my opinion if i was D1 caliber, i would have gotten atleast a little attention from schools while i was in highschool. All i got was a typed up letter from Fresno State.Im a Cornerback and im 5'9 168 lbs. I tested with a vertical of

25"
benched 185 15 times
squated 225 25 times
 ive gotten a lot faster though i have noticed after highschool. I won All-League my junior and Senior year. I mean i think im good, but not sure if im D1 good. Check out my highlight tape on you tube and tell me if im D1 caliber in your opinion. thanks.
