Kevin Kolb, 29, suffered a preseason concussion in 2013, his first season with Buffalo, and was never cleared to play last season. The team released him this past offseason. In seven seasons, Kolb is 9-12 as a starter with 5.206 yards, 28 touchdowns and 25 interceptions. Drafted by the Eagles out of Houston in the second round of the 2007 Draft, Kolb spent four seasons in Philadelphia before the Cardinals obtained him in a 2011 offseason trade. After signing a five-year, $64 million deal ($21 million guaranteed), Kolb was 6-8 as a starter in two seasons in Arizona.

Here's an example of wasteful cash flow that could be used to develop talent ,first remember that any player drafted is a crap shoot some players are drafted based upon the politics of the game "oh wait you thought it was all on the up and up didn't you ? based purely on talent and potential enlightened

Today he is somewhere having a good laugh ! this is but one of the many reasons the NFL should stop drinking from it's own Kool Aid bowl and take a serious look at building some version of a developmental program, The RDFL is remember a junior level program age 21 and under not commercial nor professional our mission is purely development of prospect and pro ready talent over a 10 game season, and we stress work development as part of the program players need some kind of workable skill set to move into besides football.
