| Bolstered by two first half Brooke Geaslen goals, one off a beautiful corner kick from Mallory Cardner, the Dynamos held strong and withstood late Lonestars runs to capture their opening match of the Fall 2011 season in the Texas Warm Up Cup 2-1. Allyson Howard led a strong back line performance that featured a rather feisty Emma Payne who battled her yellow card bearing mark all morning long. A very impressive Dynamos debut for Lindsey Perek who proved dangerous with a couple of solid crosses from the wing and a strong run in the box that coulda/shoulda/woulda earned a PK. |
