| The girls held a 1-0 lead for an hour, but in 5 crucial minutes midway through the 2nd half Challenge Kingwood answered twice and grabbed a 2-1 decision from the Dynamos. Our friends wearing blue carrying whistles and flags did not have a good day as they missed the easy calls on both sides and made a very questionable call that had a direct outcome on this match. Mallory Cardner made them pay early after a hand ball call led to a free kick from outside the 18 that Mal buried in the top corner for the early lead. After the goal, Kingwood turned up the pressure and the girls were under fire for the remainder of the game. |
