For all you returning wrestlers that are attempting to qualify for admission to 5^th period  athletics, don’t forget to meet all the requirements:

1.       Attend regular spring and summer practices.

2.       Compete at least once in the summer or spring in any style.

3.       Attend 12 hours of camps/clinics.

4.       Communicate with the coaching staff about you training (Journals)

If you attended a camp other than Chertow or Dynasty, please let Coach Demarchi know.

Journals are due to Coach Demarchi anytime from July, 23^rd thru August 2^nd.  Journals can be turned in to Coach in person or by email.  After you turn in your journal, we will have a brief meeting to discuss your goals again and what weight you plan to start the season out.
