This 20-game win streak is the longest since 2008-09 when head coach Nancy Walling's Panthers compiled a 20-game win streak down the stretch en route to the UIL State Tournament semifinals. A loss to the Brittany Griner-led Aldine Nimitz in the 2009 5A State semifinals stopped that impressive win streak.
