The second week of the season finds the Panther basketball teams on the road again. After each team defeated their Round Rock HS counterparts on Nov. 16, each Panther team will be involved in the Greater Austin Tournament which runs from Thursday-Saturday, Nov. 19-21, at different locations around the Austin area - including P'ville's own Panther gym. Greater Austin Tournament Information (Thursday-Saturday, Nov. 19-21)

VARSITY TOURNAMENT:  A total of 41 games will be played in the 20-team, three-day tourney, played on different campuses and hosted by Round Rock McNeill HS. At noon on Thursday, Nov. 19, 3-0 Pflugerville plays its FIRST home game of the season as it starts the Greater Austin tourney play, facing Crockett HS at its own Panther Gym. If P'ville wins, it plays Friday (Nov. 20) at McNeil HS at 1 p.m.; if P'ville loses to Crockett, it faces the loser of Stony Point-El Paso Socorro Thursday at 5:30 pm at McNeil. Tourney play concludes Saturday with the third-place game at 4 p.m. and the championship contest at 5:30 p.m. - both at McNeill HS.

JV TOURNAMENT: There are eight teams in the JV tourney and play is on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 20-21 at McNeil HS. Pflugerville's first tourney game is Friday at 9:30 a.m. against Copperas Cove. A win puts P'ville against the Stony Point-Liberty Hill winner at 3:30 p.m. Friday, while a loss puts the Panthers against the Stony Point-Liberty Hill loser at 5 p.m. Friday. The third-place game is set for Saturday at 11:30 a.m. followed by the 1 p.m. title game.

FRESHMAN TOURNAMENT: There are eight teams in the freshman tourney taking place Thursday and Saturday, Nov. 18 and 20 at McNeil HS's small gym. P'ville's first game is Thursday at 9:30 a.m. against Copperas Cove; a Panther win give them a second-round game against the Stony Point-Liberty Hill winner (at 3:30 pm Thursday), while a loss puts them against the Stony Point-Liberty Hill loser at 5 p.m. Thursday. Saturday, the third-place game (9:30 a.m.) and championship (11 am) take place.
