| NEW FOR 2012/2013 SEASON, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SIGN UP FOR INDIVIDUAL WORKOUTS WITH COACH SKINNER! Workouts will be in ONE HOUR increments and will include a FULL understanding of the total athlete!!! Fundamentals (shooting, ball handling,defense, etc) conditioning, stretching, nutrition, weight lifting (age eligible) , etc. Lessons will begin weekly on 8/27/12.... Monday and Wednesday's 6-8pm at CMS. $50.00 per hour for one on one, $45.00 per hour for each when two on one, $40.00 per hour for each when 3+ with Coach Skinner!!
